.How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our online store, mail order or the telephone.

.What methods of payment do you accept?
Through Protx we accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept Switch/Solo and Duet debit cards. Alternatively we can process personal cheques. .Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

.What is your returns policy? 

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from flyonthewall.uk.com. If you are not happy with your product for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 21 days of receipt. Returned products must be complete and in their original packaging, which should not be marked by you in any way. This is in addition to your statutory rights. If you need to make a return please contact us at returns@flyonthewall.uk.com.

Please advise us of any faulty, incorrect or damaged goods immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.

 
         
.How long will it take to get my order delivered?

All in stock items will be despatched within 24hrs via Special Delivery unless otherwise requested. In the unlikely event an item is not in stock, we will dispatch the item as soon as possible which may take up to 14 days.
