FlyontheWall Investigation Process

Step 1 – Consultation Meeting (£40)
Meet one of our experienced Case Managers who will discuss your situation and investigation options. Your Case Manager will talk you through what will happen during the investigation including what information we may need from you.

The Case Manager will also explain all the relevant costs involved in carrying out such an investigation. As each case is unique, the costs will vary depending on the amount of time involved, the number of agents and equipment required to complete the investigation. However, once your situation has been outlined your Case Manager will be able to give you a clear quote so you will always know precisely what you will be paying (costs are per hour, starting at £45 per hour, then reducing the more hours are required).

Step 2 – Investigation Begins
On your instruction we will commence with the agreed investigation. Our experienced operatives will ensure the person under investigation will remain completely unaware of our activities at all times.

Your case manager will keep you updated of progress throughout.

Step 3 – Investigation Concluded
We will provide you with a full written report including all investigation activities carried out with documented proof of findings (e.g. operative observations, photo/video/audio evidence).
